Incredibly friendly and responsible host. Accommodating and quickie responded to all questions. Great about checking in throughout the stay, too! The place is absolutely gorgeous. Wonderful mid-century modern vibe with all modern amenities and appliances. Right in the heart of the city, but nestled within a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and nature. Oh, and by far and away the greatest shower I’ve ever used ever. This will definitely be a place we return to in the future.

We rented this space as a family of 5 adults and had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is amazing quiet, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The host was fantastic, always quick to respond and very helpful with anything we needed. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

The house was very beautiful, clean, and accurately described. The host were very helpful and kind. On our checkout day it was storming and pouring down rain really bad and I asked them if I could push my checkout time back and they allowed me and were very helpful about the whole encounter. I hope to soon book again.

We had a great stay! Easy walk to the beach, ample parking, clean and spacious rooms. They offered a pack n play for my little one, which was really helpful!

The property is immaculate and includes well appointed amenities. We would most certainly book again. The hosts were responsive for a smooth check-in and check-out process. The only thing I could say is the check-out time of 10:00 am is a bit early. We would love to stay again when we are in the area.

Place was great! Air hockey table and pool were a hit with our kiddo. Place was open, neat and clean. House was stocked with all towels, bathroom, pool and kitchen which was nice. The washer and dryer were right next to the kitchen and easy to use. The pool was so nice, and there was some yard space too. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay in Tampa! Perfect location for us. The hosts were welcoming and responsive and the place was better than advertised. Our family really enjoyed the salt water pool and the games. Nice open floor plan and inviting space with plenty of room for all of us. Perfect hosts! Perfect place to spend our week visiting with family in the Tampa area!

Very peaceful, quiet neighborhood. I Think the cleaning staff or company responsible for making sure everything is spot on for guest arrival could do a better job. The porch was not cleaned up to par, so the first impression as I entered the property had me wondering what was to be expected inside. But inside was up to par, just a discarded item left on the porch, that's all. Not sure if the owner is aware of the item on the porch, as it appears that he/she does not reside in the area and hires local cleaning personnel.
