Bojano Homes

We were at property for over three months and enjoyed very much: - Bojano team was exceptional; super fast responsive, even after hours, worked quickly to resolve occasional issues (broken garbage disposal, entry keypad malfunction, hornet nest in roof area, malfunctioning septic tank - nothing major but annoyances nonetheless that were addressed very promptly). - Very comfortable bedding. - Super equipped kitchen, tons of dishes, glasses, utensils. - Fast internet, modern/large TVs with streaming apps, effective digital thermostat. - Lovely, quiet street, minutes from extensive shopping/restaurants.

The exterior of the house looks a little rough, but that had zero importance to me. The inside is quite spacious and clean and comfortable. There were 4 adults and a medium sized dog in our party, and we all had plenty of space. We could have fit a couple more. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. I was in town for surgery and spent most of my time laying around day and night recovering. I don’t think I heard a single siren. The location can’t be beat. It’s just 15 minutes from Tampa General, 20 from Moffitt or Busch Gardens. All the Tampa attractions are very close. Publix, Whole Foods, Walmart are all close. Tons of eateries nearby, including a nice Italian market and deli just 4 doors down the street. quibbles: 2 bedrooms are carpeted, and the carpet needs to be replaced. The picture of the back yard suggests that it’s fully closed in, but it’s not. Also, the dog next door is pretty quiet unless he sees your dog, then he goes nuts. The front porch would be great for rocking chairs
